Zero ⭐️. This was my first (and last) #kickstarter campaign! Pre-paid for their comforters as an act of good faith and support for the up and coming creatives, and am left holding the bag. No product and no refund. Kickstarter has to do a better job of policing their creators. Very disappointing. They’ve bilked 10s of thousands out of trusting people. 😡

Hey I placed my order #tu4196 on Nov. 26th 2022 as new year gift for my mom and it still haven't shipped out! I emailed back asking for update several times and there is never a reply! This is a terrible experience, please respect your customer!😡😡😡

I'm Alicia Vega, backer 1702 of Tunatutu: The InstantIce™ Cooling Comforter for This Summer- I backed your project on April 12th, 2022. I did not receive the product or a refund and no communication. I want my delivery or my 139$ refund.

I have supported this company on Kickstarter, they last updated on August 2022, and even by now (2023), they haven't shipped the rewards. They also don't respond to communication from backers, it's clearly a scam.

Doesn't a couple hundred on their Kickstarter for a cooling comforter and a few other items. Last post they made on Kickstarter was about asking for more time then still nothing since. I had forgotten about it until recently when I started getting black Friday emails for the same products of yet to receive being sold on their website. I have tried multiple contact avenue from Kickstarter to their website & social media pages all to no response. There is hundreds of comments on their Kickstarter from backers all having no luck either. A few claim to have gotten through but it's ridiculous to just "forget"about your crowd funding supporters once you have your product. Shady AF and I'm pursuing all avenues at this point for a refund.

Now their website is GONE! Look, I understand that Kickstarter projects can be delayed, especially during Covid. This isn't even the longest one has taken. What isn't okay, though, is to pretend everything is fine and then disappear without shipping the product, and not to respond to emails. And then much worse is to start selling your product online -- and in Walmart(!) BEFORE fulfilling the Kickstarter pledges! And then add insult to injury by sending us emails about a Black Friday sale! And a Cyber Monday sale! And now, just one day after that sale, the website is "currently unavailable" and says "if you are the owner, please contact support" - as if they haven't paid for the web hosting! It just all seems really shady. Awful experience with this company.

Like so many others, I ordered through Kickstarter back in April. Like so many others, I never got my comforter, nor has the company responded to any of my queries about it. So I’m out the full price and have nothing.
