First and foremost, it is disappointing to see that a Barclays Relationship Director where we bank has resorted to posting a false review in defense of personal connections. This type of behavior does not reflect well on you or the institution. To clarify, our records indicate that you have not placed an order with us since September 1st, 2023, despite your claim of a recent experience. Additionally, your statement regarding professional athletes no longer using or supporting our brand is entirely incorrect. TuffWraps continues to be proudly represented by a wide range of professional athletes who actively support our products and values. We remain the TUFFest in the "industry". Lastly, your support for individuals attempting to harm or misappropriate our brand is both troubling and unacceptable. Another fake review, friends of people trying to steal the brand. First, regarding your claim about unsubscribing from emails: you were unsubscribed July 1st as I personally suppressed your email so this is untrue. We take GDPR compliance very seriously. As for your remark on poor customer service, we strive to maintain the high standards that our community has come to expect. However, aligning with those who are attempting to steal our brand and tarnish its reputation does not contribute to a productive conversation.
