Fell for the crystal mug scam. It’s made of plastic, half the size it should be and looks like crap. Big rip off

Fake stones, no real crystals, needs to take off market such cheating company/ product

Bought the so called crystal mugs back at the beginning of January and have not received anything, I have emailed them and got no communication. These scams are happening to often now. Bring back the local high street shops.

The crystal mug I ordered is made from plastic and does not at look like the mug they show on their website. Please do not order. It is scam at it's finest.

The mug that arrived looked nothing like the one displayed on their website. They did not answer any of my emails. If I could give less then one star I would.
