I am not completely sure why I subscribed to this. What was done is something I can do on my own. I do not believe this is a security protection. I will not be renewing.

I asked them to provide a new license for my TTB Antivirus and they did it very quickly. Agent was very polite and responsive to my needs.

I had forgotten I had this service when they called me and said they had to update some security features. So I allowed them to update the software, clean up my computer, which they did quite quickly and barely noticeably. They wanted me to renew my service, but I did not really see what their service, so I declined. Nevertheless, the updated my anti-vius protections for free, which I was grateful for. It was not a bad experience, but I really can't testify as to what their product does well.
