James was very helpful. Anytime I have a problem, I know that I can call anytime and will be helped. I cannot do it without the help of the techs. Thank you

Easy to work with and they do a nice job explaining and they have staff to handle the issues which can take a good deal of time on occasion - am very happy. I have had 2-3 occasions to speak with them in the past year.
