My package was delivered. Had my welcome phone call and Rachel was very friendly and explained well what I need to know.

I tried to find my previous rating to update but I haven't found it. I had a imperfect experience with Yucca until they reached out to see what they can do to fix the situation. That alone was amazing! I was informed, changes have been put in place to keep issues from occuring like the one I had. Again, amazing! After a conversation with a representative from Yucca, I know my voice was heard and I will continue my meditation relationship with them. Yucca is the only company who provides weight loss medication with none of the hidden cost. It's all in black and white, the medications, the cost and the options. Thank you Yucca for hearing, understanding and providing me with great service and medication .

Spoke with Hazel and got me started on my program. She was knowledgeable and helpful. Gave information about a referral program to get Yucca Cash that goes towards treatment.

I had a great onboarding call with Lucky who answered all of my questions and made sure that I was all set to go. She explained the whole process to me and how the vials work and even set up a question thread in the patient portal in case any more questions need answered. Great customer service and thank you Lucky!
