I like it at first, but now it is causing me to have headaches and feeling sick

Michelle made my life so much easier! She helped me, listened, was concerned and compassionate! I didn’t know what was going on with my account and the doctors do not respond timely. She fixed my issue sent them messages and got me back on track! She is absolutely amazing and wonderful. She definitely doesn’t lack follow through like so many on this site. Absolutely frustrating until you get Michelle on your call and she fixes it! I’m so happy to have crossed paths with her!

Too expensive. Was tricked to think the monthly payment was $175 when it’s actually $275 per month, I can find it cheaper that $275 per month. I haven’t seen any results. I lost 9 lbs and now I weigh myself one day and it’s 202.4 the next day 204.8 then 203 then 205. It’s like not helping me lose weight. For $275 per month? I should be able to talk to someone to meal plan with or be able to connect my Apple Watch for my steps. I’m disappointed to say the least. I’m switching to a cheaper brand.

I do not like that after purchasing a 6 month plan you get the meds 3 months at a time because I am on Month 4 and I am still only taking 2.5 mg. Also the app is not very user friendly and I am someone that utilizes apps all the time.

Not really impressed, doesn't seem to curb my appetite and I havnt lost any weight. It may go down a pound one week. But it goes back up the next week.

I was charged 3 times in 1 month! Getting in touch with Support has been a frustrating process. Update: Support finally responded and it was an error on their end that they quickly rectified. Although getting in touch with Support was difficult, I am happy that the issue was solved swiftly once I was able to get in touch with.

While my shipment did arrive timely, I was very unhappy because it arrived without the added B12. I’ve had B12 added to each shipment from day one. We as customers pay too much money for the medication to not be prepared correctly and to not be advised. I am not a happy customer!

You sent me medicine I didn't order and I can't get through to a speaking person to find oit what to do with it. Edit: So today the company contacted me and fixed the loophole that sent me the mecidine. I was not charged for the medicine that was sent at any time. That was good customer service.
