Hi Nur, we understand your frustration and want to set the record straight. Charges only occur when a subscription is actively selected at the time of purchasing - this is clearly displayed on both our product page and at checkout before any order is placed. No charges happen without a purchase being initiated by the customer. Every subscriber also has a personal customer portal giving them full control to cancel, skip, or pause at any time. Hi Brock, this is not the experience we want any customer to have and we sincerely apologize. Our subscription must be actively selected at the time of purchasing and is clearly presented on our product page and at checkout. That said, if you reached out multiple times requesting a cancellation and were still charged, that is a failure on our support team's part and we own that fully. We have a 24/7 full staffed customer support team set to assist customers with any questions or concerns. This needs to be resolved. Please email us at [email protected] with your order details and we will make sure your account is cancelled and any outstanding charges are addressed immediately - no runaround. - The Vitro Team

Hi Mariana, we hear you and want to respond to both things you raised. On the subscription - the option must be actively selected at the time of purchasing and is clearly shown on our product page and at checkout. Every customer has a personal customer portal giving them full control to cancel, skip, or pause whenever they choose. On the oiliness and breakouts - we're truly sorry your skin reacted that way. The balm is specifically designed to be sensitive and lightweight, but it makes us sad to hear you had to experience this. Please email us at [email protected] and we'll make sure your situation is resolved fairly. - The Vitro Team
