Terrible company! I paid $150 and never received the product. I have emailed several times and just get ignored. I can assume this is a fake company or one that direct care about overseas customers.. (maybe Donald trump is CEO)

Rating 1 star only because 0 stars is not an option. This company is a scam. They have no working phone numbers. They do not reply to emails. Their published address is nothing more than a PO box at a mailbox company in a strip mall. There are numerous complaints against them logged with the BBB. They used my stolen CC info to process a fake order, and there are multiple reports of similar situations posted online. As for all of the 4 and 5 star reviews on this page, believe none of them. Click on the reviewers' names...they have all made positive reviews on the same small group of "businesses."

I bought the self sanitizing unit and it stopped working after one week use. After back and forth communication with their poor customer service rep., I had no choice other than accept a replacement. Because they will only refund 50% even it's because they sent me a defective unit. After I returned the unit, I didn't receive the replacement. I received half of the price I paid for refund. When I tried to call the customer service number listed on their website, it is not valid number. It's a trap working with this company.

I would give zero stars if possible. Numerous complaints that negative reviews are hidden by SNOW... I mean as if ANY company has 100% positive? They do not respond to messages even before purchase if you enquire about what if there is a problem, conditions of return and any guarantee that it works (Is there a refund if not?) They obviously don't want to reply to people who know this is a scam. Avoid.

So much impressed by their service and the results of their products.

It has been 6 weeks since I paid for this product which they say has been delivered and it hasn’t . The communication with this company over this matter has been poor. Very disappointed! Be wary of purchasing online with this company
