I contacted customer support to find out if they offered a repair service for the LED mouthpiece that had stopped working, and was surprised and delighted to receive a prompt email stating a replacement had been shipped and was on the way. They gained a lifelong fan and customer, who will be sharing his experience. Very grateful.
