Amazing Customer Service
I contacted snow customer service after my light began working intermittently (believe it had a short in the wire). I wasn’t sure if they would even do anything as I did not have my receipt or the date it was purchased. I took a shot and emailed and received a response within MINUTES! They sent me a new light right away and I couldn’t be happier. What amazing customer service!
