Great Customer Support…
I ordered a BOGO kit and it took 2 weeks to ship. I contacted the support team and they apologized about a back order issue and let me pick any other color from what I selected then shipped it the next day! I can’t wait to use both items today after fully charging overnight.

I am only giving it a 3 for now because it's been 2 days only... They tell you to leave a review and 3 days the free gift expires so have not had enough time... Hopefully I will be changing this one for the better.
