I used Snow a few years back and was so excited to see the difference within a week or two! I was shocked it actually worked. I fell off with it but I’m so excited to start up again (especially now that I drink coffee). I’m looking forward to feeling more confident in my smile again.

Just got my kit. So excited to try it out. Directions are written well and easy to follow. I cannot wait to see the results. 3 stars due to excessive shipping time from Compton, CA (Los Angeles) to San Diego, CA 5 business days and improvement needed in tracking information since my package literally stayed in LA for 3 business days with no movement. LA to SD drive time is 2 hrs so 5 business days is far too long to be in transit utilizing an outside carrier + USPS.

I have used snow for a few years on and off as needed and have been super happy with the results. I decided to upgrade to the new cordless version at Christmas when they were on sale. I LOVE the new whitener, the design , how easy it is to use and the travel charging case are really nice and thoughtful towards the user. I had an issue with one of the wands of paste so I left a review regarding the issue I had. I was impressed with SNOW’s customer service department reaching out to me to see how they could make this right. Overall I think the customer service you receive from SNOW and the products they sell are A+++ and worth every penny.
