Very informative, Clinton talked a little fast but I understand the key points. He was really nice!! He made sure I knew they were here to help and said where I needed to go for certain questions/ concerns.

Mike called to welcome me to the program. While it sounded like he was reading from a script, he laughed at times and that told me he felt comfortable and at ease. I appreciate the effort to call customers and make them feel welcomed!

Mike was so nice!! I'll be happy to get more calls from him every time lol I'll have to come visit you some day in BELIZE!! I only rated 4 stars because, I haven't received my shipment, yet. But the welcome call was great, it felt a little hurried but overall great. Mike was wonderful and deserves a raise :D
