I would give a zero if I could. I contacted this company within 1 week of trying the whipped tallow face balm to inquire about a return. The product is too light for my dry skin and doesn’t last very long. First they replied with an offer to refund 30%, then after I pushed back they offered 50%. I sent them a copy of their guarantee to refund if not satisfied and their statement to “make it right”. What a scam and completely dishonest advertising. Buyer beware and do not put your money or trust with this company.
