Great products, cats love it. It's nice not having to buy anymore filters. I wish the drinking bowl was a little deeper.

Hi Jane, Love hearing that your cats are enjoying it, and not having to keep buying filters is definitely a win 🙌 Also really appreciate the feedback on the bowl depth. I’ll make sure that gets passed along to our product team as we keep improving things. Thanks so much for sharing! Victoria 🐾 Head of Support, PureStream
She liked it right away. Drank from it soon after it was unpacked. I like it a lot! Thank you! I will give it more time and start ordering it for friends!

Hi Ave, Aww, we love hearing this 🥹 So happy she took to it right away! And ordering one for friends might be the best compliment we could ask for 😂 Thank you so much for giving PureStream a shot and for sharing this with us. Victoria 🐾 Head of Support, PureStream
We tried everything and Symon would only drink out of a crystal candy dish bowl! Do you know how hard it is to keep that full? Lol I set this up at night and saw him drinking out of it the next morning! No assistance needed accept a few splashes to show him what it was and that it was for him. Couldn’t be happier!

Hi Aimee, Okay, Symon and his crystal candy dish absolutely got me 😂 I’m so happy he took to PureStream that quickly! Going from “only the fancy bowl” to drinking from it the very next morning is a huge win. Really appreciate you sharing this, and I hope it makes life a little easier for both of you. So far my girl, Sasha has been interested in the water exchange. She seems to drink more often. She is young so I want her to be around for a long time. Hopefully your fountain will help with her longevity!

Hi Meg, Aww, Sasha 🥹 I love hearing that she’s already interested and drinking more often. Keeping our little fur babies healthy and hydrated for as long as possible is exactly the goal. Really appreciate you giving PureStream a try, and I hope Sasha keeps loving it! Victoria 🐾 Head of Support, PureStream
Terrible product. Slow customer service. They still have not provided me information on how to return. Cheaply made and the water basin of fresh water runs through the unit in one day leaving the tray for my cat to drink from DRY. * updated 8/18/26 - Thank you to Victoria for quickly responding to my review, understanding my concerns, and helping me with the refund process. While the fountain didn't meet my expectations, I raised my rating two points because they followed through on their 30-day money-back guarantee. The slow refund response was the main reason I wrote this review.

Hi there, I’m sorry this has been such a letdown. A fountain at this price should not be leaving the drinking tray dry after a day, and getting return information should not be another headache on top of that. I’m Victoria, and I run Support at PureStream. I’d really like to take a look at this one myself and get you a proper resolution. I can’t match the review to an order from here, so please email us again and ask for Victoria. I’ll pick it up personally and help get this sorted. Victoria 🐾 Head of Support, PureStream
Totally a scam company. Received a cheap knock-off product drop shipped from China that was dead on arrival. Customer Service ghosted me. I filed a complaint with PayPal. "Janessa" tried to convince me to withdraw the complaint and said she would then refund me immediately once she got confirmation. I declined. Then PayPal resolution notified me that I could get a full refund if I mailed the unit back at my own expense to a random private residential address in Germany that had no company registered at it. Clearly a "return mail fraud scheme". They were hoping I wouldn't shell out the additional $60+ to ship it there or they would claim they never got it back once the package was rejected, lost, or marked undeliverable. I filed a chargeback with my credit card. Stay far away from this company.

Thank you for taking the time to share this. I’m Victoria, Head of Support at PureStream, and I’m really sorry for how this was handled. You received a unit that didn’t work, had to chase us for help, and then got return instructions that understandably raised even more concerns. I completely understand why you walked away feeling the way you did. I’m taking this feedback very seriously. We fell behind badly on support as we grew, and we’re making major improvements to how defective orders, refunds, and returns are handled. I know that doesn’t fix the experience you already had, but feedback like this is exactly what we’re using to make these changes. I’d also really like the opportunity to make this right personally. Since I don’t have enough information from the review to locate your order, please reach back out to our support team and ask for me, Victoria. If you’re willing to give us another shot, I’m happy to take this over myself and see what I can do to turn this experience around. Victoria Head of Support, PureStream 🐾
I’m really happy with my AquaOne PureStream! It works really well, and most importantly, my cat absolutely loves it. Since using it, my cat seems much more interested in drinking water throughout the day. The PureStream is easy to use, looks great, and has been a really convenient addition to our home. I also love the fact that I don’t have to constantly worry about my cat’s water sitting still in a bowl. Overall, I’m very pleased with the AquaOne PureStream and would definitely recommend it to other cat owners looking for a convenient way to encourage their cats to drink more water. A great product that both my cat and I enjoy!

Hi Tim, Love hearing this. The best part is definitely that your cat is drinking more throughout the day. That’s exactly what we want. Really appreciate you taking the time to share such a thoughtful review, and thank you for recommending PureStream to other cat parents too. That means a lot to our little start up.
