I ordered a fountain and received it. Unfortunately a month later I had issues with it working properly. I emailed the customer support team and they sent me a new fountain. My 20 year old cat loves the fountain and continues to drink from it daily. I highly recommend the product!

It was easy to set up. Looks great and it’s smaller than the big one they had before. I recommend this one!!!

Bought two and one worked and one didn’t. Returned the broken one to receive another broken one. Still waiting on customer service to get back to me about another replacement or refund. Very frustrating.

My machine arrived, and I was so excited, but it arrived cracked in one corner. They replaced the machine, and it arrived perfect! I am so happy with it, and my cat just loves it. I have told a few people, and they may be looking into buying one too! Get one, you will love it and the customer service is great too, of you have any issues. B.M.

The problem with leaking still persist. I have requested a full refund am through with dealing with it. Good idea but doesn't perform up to standard. I Am quite pleased with the customer services and their responses have been quick and helpful.

I had an issue with my fountain retaining water and I sent a video to the company via email. I followed their instruction on how to remedy the situation, which did not work. I did let them know immediately and they are now sending me out a new unit, since mine is only 2 months old. Very prompt and professional.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get the PureStream to work. Right now it's in my storage room where I keep other purchases that wouldn't work.

I have read many reviews and see I'm not the only one that has a defective product. I sent an email to support on August 29th and still have not received a response. I see someone by the name of Victoria has responded to some of these reviews. So if you are reading this Victoria, please respond to my email sent 8/29/26 concerning order #1442. Update to this last review. As you can see, I finally did receive a response concerning the defective fountain on this site. Then I received an email where they apologized and stated they would mail me a brand new fountain. As of today, 9/23/2026, I haven't received the new fountain yet. Once I receive the new fountain and it is working, I will update this review again.
