Puppy Harbor sells coffee wood chews, a natural single-ingredient chew made from pruned, hand-sanded branches of Vietnamese coffee trees. Real wood that frays into safe fibers, cleans teeth while your dog chews, and actually lasts. We exist for dog parents who are done compromising between durable and safe. With Puppy Harbor, you don't have to choose.Every chew starts as a branch pruned from a working coffee farm in the Central Highlands of Vietnam, where farmers have given their dogs these same branches for generations. The wood is harvested during the dry season, hand-selected for quality, hand-sanded smooth, and naturally dried. Nothing is added. No flavoring, no chemicals, no synthetic binders. Just one ingredient. What makes coffee wood different is how it behaves under a dog's bite. Instead of breaking into hard shards or dissolving into mush, it frays slowly into soft natural wood fibers. Those fibers work like a toothbrush along the gum line, then pass safely through your dog's digestive system. Vets recommend chews that have some give to them. Coffee wood does.A single Puppy Harbor chew typically lasts weeks, not minutes. There is no smell. There is no mess beyond a little natural wood dust. And because it is a true byproduct of coffee farming, every chew is sustainable from the ground up.If your dog loves to chew, and you love your dog, this is the chew you have been looking for.

I purchased five Kofibones hoping they would be a natural, lasting, and safe option for my power chewer. For about 2 months, he barely touched it. Then he seemed to suddenly discover the kofibone, and it's been his favorite (and ours) since then. We even had to purchase some small ones for our petite delicate chewer since he kept trying to steal the large kofibones from our big dog. Definitely the best dog chew we've found.

This company does not provide refunds. Sure, they have a policy listed on the website but there is a statement of “once approved”. I had not even opened the product and wanted a refund but because it “looked just as it should” they denied a shipping label. They would give me a percentage refund instead-just like the scam companies. They will continue to say they are not a scam because they provided the product but if I had truly understood their refund policy I would never have purchased.

Hi there, Thank you for sharing this, and we’re sorry your return experience left you feeling misled. That’s the opposite of what we want, and we understand the frustration of learning how a policy works only after you’ve tried to use it. You’re right that our returns go through an approval step, and we can see from your experience that this isn’t explained clearly enough before purchase. We’re reviewing how our policy is worded on the site and at checkout so customers know exactly what to expect. We’d still like the chance to look at your case again. Please email [email protected] with the subject line “Trustpilot Review Follow-Up” and your order number, and a team member will personally review it. The Puppy Harbor Team
My dog loves the stick. She’s been chewing on the same one for a couple weeks now. The only issue is all the tiny pieces of wood splinters left behind after a chewing session. But I just vacuum them up. I was a little worried about shipping because I was unable to track it through shop, but it did eventually arrive as promised.

Package arrived quickly and on time. From the moment we opened Winnie's first bone she was “ in love”. She has chewed down the first bone and eagerly awaits the second. As advertised, it’s a good hard chew that frays at the end, it does not leave pieces of hard plastic everywhere.

I have 2 dogs, it took them a little while to take to there sticks but now they go to there toy box every day and chew on there sticks for about 20 minutes. I like that they don't smell and there's not much to clean up after a session.

The ordering was logical, easy to navigate, and easy to set up the payment section I bought 2 of the kafistcks. My dog loves hers. Her other chew toys have spent all their time under the couch since we received the order.

From ordering to receiving them was only a few days. My six month old American bull terrier/Australian cattle dog accepted his first stick with enthusiasm and is still chewing on it 3 weeks later! Just as advertised at the website. Once she goes through all six sticks will be ordering more to keep her happy.
