I have a very bad experience with tryotter. Their sales team promised a trial of 3 months, but the equipments arrive half month later and their services needs to be configured in order to use. The onboarding experience is very bad. Between Otter and Delivery platforms, there are occasional buts that Otter does on behalf of your account. You will see menu issues, promotion issues. The integration with POS requires additional setup and additional fee, which their sales team didn't say. Whatever their sales team promises does not translate to what they will bill you. So don't trust any words on their sales team. They are likely to bill you more than what they said. I have a hard time cancelling their services and returning their equipment. Their customer service never gives our clear instructions on how to return their equipment. I have to go through credit card dispute in order to prevent them from charging me again. You will never expect any customer service if you encounter live delivery order issues. Their customer service response is at least a few days aways. --- New Update Now their custom service team are reaching out to me to ask for more information about the experience, if I don't provide, they will take this review off, because it's a 1 star review? If possible, I would like to give a 0 star. You know what, whatever information you need, I will provide to you. But I will not take off the review. I would like to warn every other restaurant owner know my experience and my time wasted. For other restaurant owner, there is a free version of otter that integrate directly with delivery platforms and it's free. Try clover POS system. They don't charge anything to support that. Base on my experience it's really good. You have doordash, ubereat and grubhub all integrated. One day I will see otter bankrupt.

Worst order management system, Always crashing , poor support , they even change our menus with some totally different restaurants. We lost time, money and customers!!

I will not recommend anyone to sign up with your company! After the trial period you charged me double the price of normal monthly fees! You have no customer service to answer this overcharged!! I am leaving so recommend others!!
