Hi Ester, we respect your feedback and are sorry you feel this way. Your concern was already addressed when you first contacted us in December. All of your orders were placed under a subscription that you agreed to during checkout on your first order in October. Our return and refund policy was also explained, and we informed you that the shipment could not be stopped once it was already shipped. We understand if you are dissatisfied, but we always advise customers to review the terms and conditions before checking out. A refund is available once the item is returned, but you declined the return and also declined the partial refund we offered. We remain here to assist you if you decide to proceed with the return process.

Hi Andy, we’ve checked your account, and these items were placed automatically due to an active subscription, as explained in our terms. The order has already been shipped and cannot be canceled. If you’d like a full refund, you may return the items once received, or we can offer a partial refund. Please reply to our email for further details and assistance.

Hi Glory, We respect your feedback and understand your frustration. However, leaving a 1-star review for an order that is confirmed to be in transit is unfair. According to the tracking, your package has not been tagged as lost. Please note that we do issue refunds for lost orders, but your order does not meet that status at this time. We will continue communicating with you via email to properly resolve this matter and assist you until it is completed. Thank you.

Hi Eddie, Thank you for your feedback. Upon checking, your order is still in normal transit and has now arrived at Los Angeles Station. We sincerely apologize for the delay, and sometimes transit times can take a bit longer due to factors beyond our control. Rest assured, your order is on its way. We truly appreciate your patience and hope you can consider updating your review once your package arrives. Thank you.
