This should reflect zero stars, but that unfortunately is not an option here. I ordered and paid for the Kivora product on September 28, 2026. As of October 11, 2026, I have still not received the order and I have not received any communication from the company as to when I can expect to receive the product. Their order tracking system is useless. In fact, my computer flagged it as a malicious website. I would caution anyone to not order a Kivora product. The only good part about this is that I have learned my lesson about ordering from ads you see on Facebook. Facebook apparently does not monitor or care about the authenticity of companies that place ads with them.

I was hesitant to buy a lipstick online-- it's hard enough in person! After watching and deciding to try, I am glad I did. The color is soft and looks natural. But, most importantly to me is how it feels while wearing--it feels like my favorite lip moisturizer! I haven't found a lipstick like this before.

This is exactly as advertised. I enjoy wearing something on my lips that doesn’t run all through the lines on my lips.

The lipstick last only a short time and have to reapply often. The color was darker in the beginning but now a light pink and gets dry in about 15 to 20 minutes and then you have to reapply

Color doesn’t last very long, not to keen on the pink color and it feels a like wearing lipgloss

Never received product. Kivora said they had to do an investigation with shipping partner. In the mean time I am out money with no product. They would not reship until investigation completed. Disputed charges with credit card. Received full refund.

I love the color that it changes to--it goes well with my skin tone.Loved the packaging and the lipstick container is beautiful. I thought it was going to be late, but that was probably a USPS mistake. I sent an email, and it was there in two days. And I got a response that it was delivered. Janice

Love it, go on smooth, last longer than any other. Feels great.
