I originally bought their products but had an issue with two items, they actually reached out to me to ask why I stopped purchasing their products. I told them what happened and they sent me the items. That is real customer service! I would recommend giving their products a try because they stand behind the products they sell! Edit: 5 stars to 1, they never sent items to correct the issues I had, they blatantly lied and never sent it and have email exchange saved to prove that. The first tooth brushed lasted a week and the gel tube broke right away. Would never do buisiness with this company!

I love my healray but something happen to it and stopped working but because they have an amazing team and prompt customer service- I was sent a replacement immediately. Thx healray team !!!

I just received my RLT oral care device last week & could already tell that my gums were less aggravated after 2 uses. It stopped working after only 3 uses though. But when I reached out to HealRay they immediately responded & offered to send me a new one, no questions asked. I'm still waiting for it to arrive, but I am very excited to see how great my mouth feels after using it consistently for a longer period of time.

I've been using my HealRay for about 9 months now, and it has done exactly what it promised. I'm genuinely impressed with the product and have become a true HealRay believer. Recently, my device stopped charging, and I contacted customer service. They quickly helped me troubleshoot the issue and determined that the charging cord—not the device itself—was the problem. They immediately offered to send me a replacement cord at no charge. The customer service team was polite, professional, communicative, and responded promptly through email. I actually found email support to be more effective than calling. Thanks to their quick help, I'll be back to using my HealRay soon!

I can say that that the HealRay red light unit has helped with my gums. I use it every day. Also I had a question on the charging and they very quickly answered my question even on the 4th of July holiday.
