Great product, ok customer service, a package I ordered was lost and I was told it was my fault and to get it resolved had to go through a bunch of hoops

Takes way too long to ship, will not buy again. they taste good however, and was worth the wait

First we love the product. My only negative would be that the site did not mention anything about the product I ordered (starter kit) was on back order. I planned on my daughter having her diffusers for testing at school and unfortunately because we waiting for over a month to receive our order, she did not have them for testing.

I love the melatonin and calm diffusers. The only thing I can complain about is the fact that I ordered a 12 pack of the calm diffusers and never received them, but they say delivered. On top of that, the customer care just gives a run around about it

Took 3 months to send the package. They don’t taste very good, either, but they work as intended.

Overall my experience have been really good, the products work. My main troubles have been with getting in contact with the team and locating packages. Once I had gotten 3-day shipping and my package took a month and a half, I didn’t receive my bundle, and every conversation w customer service was just being told the same thing over and over again with no progress. But if that doesn’t bother you, definitely try the product!

Is a good product but if you are looking for actual sleeping aid go with your Doctor because this just relaxes to certain point but that just for me, it doesn't actually make me sleepy but just relaxes a bit. The melatonin pen is pretty good 👍
