Hi Danielle, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear there was some confusion regarding your order. When checking out on our site, we provide clear options for both one-time purchases and "Subscribe & Save" plans. The details of the recurring billing and the terms of the agreement are displayed before the purchase is finalized to ensure our customers can make the choice that best fits their needs. It appears a subscription was selected during your checkout process. However, we certainly don't want you to continue receiving products you no longer wish to use. While we haven't been able to locate your previous emails, I would like to resolve this for you now. I have sent you a direct message via Trustpilot. Please provide your order details there so I can manually confirm the cancellation of your plan and ensure no further charges are processed. With care, Olivia

Hi Kim, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback with us! I’m so sorry to hear the Strawberry flavor wasn’t the right fit for your palate. We aim for a vibrant, bold taste, but we know that sweetness is a very personal preference, especially first thing in the morning! We truly value your input as it helps us grow. I’ve shared your comments with our product team to keep in mind for future batches. With care, Olivia

Hi Helen, I am sincerely sorry for the frustration and concern this has caused you. I completely understand wanting to try a product before committing to a recurring order, and I want to make sure you feel secure and in control of your account. I can confirm that since you cancelled your subscription on March 2nd, no further payments will be processed. Regarding your card details: for security and to prevent duplicate billing or fraudulent activity, our system (like many e-commerce platforms) maintains the payment method on file as a "vaulted" record even after a cancellation. However, please rest assured that your data is encrypted and cannot be used for any unauthorized charges now that the subscription is inactive. If you would like us to manually request a full deletion of your payment profile from our processor's end, please reach out to us directly at [Support Email] or via the message we've sent you on Trustpilot. We are more than happy to assist you with this extra step to give you peace of mind. We hope you enjoy the product now that it's on its way, and we'd love to hear your thoughts once you've had a chance to try it! With care, Olivia

Hi Colette, I am sincerely sorry for the frustration this has caused you. I hear you—there is nothing more aggravating than feeling like you’re stuck in a loop of automated emails when you’re just looking for a straight answer about your refund. Please rest assured that we are not "ghosting" you, and we are absolutely committed to ensuring your refund is processed. Sometimes, banking systems can take 5–10 business days to reflect a credit once it has been issued on our end, but I want to verify exactly where your request stands right now. We appreciate your patience while we fix this for you. With care, Olivia

Hi Rachel, I am sincerely sorry for the frustration and concern this has caused you. It is never our intention for a customer to feel this way, and I can assure you that we are a real team committed to supporting our community. Sometimes confirmation emails can be diverted to spam or junk folders, or there may be a typo in the email address provided at checkout, which would prevent our updates from reaching you. However, three weeks is far too long to wait for a resolution, and I want to make this right immediately. We have reached out to you via the Trustpilot platform to request your order details so we can track down your shipment and look into why your previous emails didn't reach our support team. Please check your messages there so we can assist you further and resolve this as quickly as possible. We look forward to hearing from you. With care, Olivia

Hi Megan, I sincerely apologize for the frustration and the experience you've had with your our subscription and shipping process. It is never our intention for a customer to feel misled, and IU hear your concerns clearly. To clarify we offer a Subscribe & Save option that provides a discount in exchange for a two-order minimum commitment. This helps ensure customers have enough time to experience the results of the product. We strive to make these terms clear at checkout and in our policies to ensure transparency. Regarding your most recent order, because our products are consumable items, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once they have processed to ensure the safety and quality for all our customers. We understand this is disappointing, and we appreciate you giving us the chance to explain the reasoning behind these policies. With care, Olivia

Hi Christine, Thank you for reaching out, and I am sincerely sorry for the stress and frustration this has caused. I understand how concerning it feels when you're trying to reach support shortly after an order and feel like you've hit a wall. That is not the experience we want for you. I want to confirm right away that we have received your request and have already taken action to make this right: Cancellation & Refund Processed: We have officially cancelled your order and processed a full refund to your original payment method. Confirmation Sent: You should have received a direct email from us confirming these details. Please note that while the refund is processed on our end immediately, it may take a few business days for your bank to reflect the credit in your account. We apologize for the communication hurdle you experienced today. We value your feedback and are glad we could get this resolved for you. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach back out to us at [email protected]. With care, Olivia
