I just bought this and I am very impressed. It’s very easy to use and does a thorough job cleaning my teeth. I really like this technology!

We truly appreciate hearing that our team could help answer your questions! Have a wonderful day 💫
I ordered three brushes and accessories , after a month and half with no product and no update on the order status other than an email prompting me to complete my order? I cancelled the pending authorship and disputed the transaction with my credit card company. After I disputed, the company fought the dispute and then sent out the order. About a week later I received a box full of crushed toothbrush boxes and short one brush head. Be warned, once this company has your contact information they will start reaching out constantly, I had to block and report several different #'s on my cell after replying "stop"and "unsubscribe" to multiple texts they sent did nothing to stop them from texting over and over. Furthermore this is one of those shady company's that will enroll you in auto shipping for replacement heads and toothpaste etc. What an absolute nightmare! As for the product, it doesn't work well at all. The brush does not adequately clean my back teeth in particular, after using as directed for multiple cycles in a row on multiple occasions, each time I could still feel build up on my back teeth. Not only do I feel this product doesn't work well, I fear this product will mislead parents into thinking their kids teeth are getting adequately clean when they are not and ultimately result in significant dental issues later on. I very strongly advise skipping this product and not getting involved with this company....ineffective product and shady business practices.

Hi Darcy, I understand your frustration with the extended delivery timeframe, which fell short of our standard service level. I'd like to clarify that our support team is accessible through multiple channels and could have processed a cancellation and refund immediately upon request, especially since your order had not shipped at the time. However, our records don't show any communication from your registered email address or order number through our standard support channels, meaning we didn't get a chance to provide this service to you. While we respect your right to pursue a chargeback through your bank, we will contest this approach as it bypasses our established customer service processes. Our solution of splitting your shipment was implemented specifically to get your products to you as quickly as possible under the circumstances. Regarding your experience with the product's cleaning efficacy, this could be related to sizing or technique factors that we can easily address together. We've compiled detailed guidance here: https://autobrush.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/34455607210131-Getting-the-Best-Clean-with-Your-autobrush-Sonic-Pro About the subscription service: This is clearly presented as "Subscribe & Save" versus "One-Time Purchase" throughout our checkout process. You can review these options here: https://autobrush.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/38739143531027-How-Did-I-Become-a-Subscriber If after exploring these solutions you still feel the autobrush isn't right for you, our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee remains available for 30 days from the delivery date: https://tryautobrush.com/pages/money-back-guarantee We recognize that autobrush may not be the perfect fit for everyone, and we don't want to penalize customers for trying our innovative technology. Please contact us directly at [email protected] so we can resolve this matter promptly and to your satisfaction. Best regards, Tina
Had it a short time but so far so good! My everyday battle has disappeared and my daughter actually goes and brushes her teeth without being asked!! That alone is a win from me

That is wonderful news, thank you for letting us know it's a hit 💜
I ordered this over a month and a half ago. Emails about my order status were never responded to. It has apparently been being shipped for the last two weeks (I don’t know why it wasn’t for the month before that?) so I don’t know if they’re shipping via horse and buggy, but they still are unable to provide a ETA for the product. When I spend hundreds of dollars on products I expect some sort of communication when I enquire about the status of my order.

We're very sorry for this experience! One of our replenishment shipments of toothpaste was held up, causing several orders to be delayed. The autobrush team was also under the impression this would be resolved quickly and would have been more proactive in communicating the delay should we have known its impact earlier. Your shipment has been on the way since the 11th of March, and should be with you in Canada tomorrow!
The product works well and they are quick and efficient!

This is a great company. I love the products. My teeth have never felt so clean after brushing. I love the foam toothpaste, too and the customer service is excellent. They respond quickly and encourage contacting them with concerns so they’re addressed quickly and to the customer’s satisfaction.
