Dear Support Team,
Dear Support Team, I am writing to express my strong concern and lodge a complaint regarding illegal extra charges and the unauthorized locking of my mobile phone by your app, Aurora. I downloaded your loan application after seeing an advertisement on TikTok and was granted a loan of PKR 14,700. There were no clear terms and conditions mentioning high interest or hidden charges at the time of application. However, after just one week, my mobile phone was remotely locked. To resolve this, I have already paid back around PKR 20,000 in two separate payments, which is far more than the original loan amount of PKR 14,700. Despite receiving more than the required amount, your app is now demanding an additional PKR 15,000 from me. I come from a very poor financial background and currently have no steady source of income. I simply do not have any more money to pay. Charging this level of excessive interest and extra fees is complete extortion and unfair practice. I request you to immediately unlock my mobile phone and clear my account status. If my phone is not unlocked promptly and these unjustified demands do not stop, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and relevant authorities regarding this fraudulent activity. I expect an immediate response and a swift resolution to this matter. Sincerely, Account no==03417753413
