Long delivery time, I had to keep reaching out to get updates. Honestly I haven’t felt any different and I took more than 2! I’m. Impressed.

I've known that maitake and shiitake mushrooms are good for the immune system for a while. In fact, mushrooms promote good health in my opinion, which isn't peer reviewed. I think there are studies that do provie this. I really like mushrooms and the health benefits they give me, but I can't always have them sauteed. This is a great alternative for getting the benefits of mushrooms. Toss in the super customer service.

This is an honest, communicative company with a fantastic product. When they knew the recurring shipment would be late, I got a gracious email. Actual humans who care, refreshing. I bought two extra bags for presents for friends that I think could use it! Great gift!!
