The kindness and consideration show when I had tech issues being able to access my reading. Tryastro went above and beyond to make up for the issue.I never was able to get to the reading but I was offered a refund and they offered me a free reading. Hopefully, I'm going to be able to see it...lol but even if I can't I am impressed by the great customer service .

So far the friendly ness is great .I've not gotten my full sketch yet but am looking forward to it 🙂

Charged 49.99 for a service I didn't order. Still waiting on refund.

It's just okay but I think they give different soulmate sketches, isn't it supposed to be 1 soulmate sketch and they take long to process their refunds, I've been waiting for mine

Support was swift and matter addressed in real time. 8 should receive my refund soon as I'm no more interested in the service but support team was spontaneous in resolving my issue .
