I worked with charlie to move my daughters 1970 Westfalia VW Bus from College back home. It took us two times to get it coordinated, but he was easy to work with. The bus was delivered two days early - but the carrier made sure we were happy with the delivery before we paid them. Thank you Charlie

Trustline gave me an initial quote which a day before pick up of my motorcycle went up by $300.00 The pick up was late to the next morning at 3:00 a.m.! Bike was delivered four days late by 2:00 a.m. in the morning. I don't where they found these drivers but, these guys should not even be trusted to deliver pizza! I will recognize that my bike got safe, but during the process of delivery the two wack jobs woke up my entire neighborhood. I am never ever doing business with Trustline!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your feedback. Pricing in auto transport can change due to demand, timing, and carrier availability, and adjustments may be needed to secure a driver. As a broker, we connect customers with licensed carriers who handle the actual transport. While we select carriers carefully, pickup and delivery are managed by them, and we understand your concerns about timing and conduct. We apologize for the late pickup and delivery and the disruption caused. Your feedback will be reviewed internally. We’re glad your motorcycle arrived safely, and we will review your case further internally.
Tried to bait and switch me then hold my deposit hostage when asked for a refund. I was quoted at $80, then when it was time for a driver to pick up my vehicle a sales person told me that they would have to do it for $1700 and it would be impossible to find someone for $800. He also mentioned on the phone how he would be able to refund me if I asked for it but then when I asked for my deposit to be refunded he switched up and told me that it was non-refundable and held my money. Very misleading.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We would like to clarify that initial quotes are based on current market conditions and carrier availability at the time of booking. In some cases, pricing may change due to factors such as route demand, timing, or driver availability, which can affect the final cost required to secure a carrier. Regarding the deposit, all terms—including refund conditions—are outlined in the signed agreement prior to booking. However, we take concerns like this seriously, and we would like the opportunity to review your case in detail to ensure everything was handled properly. Please contact us directly with your order information so we can investigate this matter further and work toward a fair resolution.
