Excellent service

I bought my ticket and everything went very quickly and smoothly. The only thing I was upset about was that the price I paid had a change in value, but I was informed that it was normal. But so far everything has been going very well.

Wasn't happy with having to leave a day early and paying more for my flight as well as an additional hotel room. I was contacted a day or so after booking my flight to notify me that it was full. By then other flight options I was considering were already gone, so I had to take a later flight or earlier flight that either way cost me more money. Otherwise the ticket access was easy and nothing too different about the flight or seats.

My brother is the one who booked the flight through this website, but he gave them my phone number instead of his. Anyway, I assume he had a good experience with this website since they already sent me his flight e-ticket.

Online booking was easygoing. There were no problems with purchasing ticket. Everything was explained
