I have been watching the 12-day live real estate investing training hosted by Andrew and Leo, and it has been very informative and practical. The training focuses on their BOFSLO strategy, which stands for Buy Owner Finance, Sell Lease Option. They break this strategy down in a way that is easy to understand and applicable, even for newer investors. One of the biggest strengths of this training is the emphasis on asking questions and engaging. Andrew and Leo consistently encourage participants to interact, think critically, and get comfortable having conversations with sellers. They stress that success in real estate comes from clear communication and confidence. A major takeaway from the training is what they refer to as the “Big Three” questions to ask sellers: 1. What’s the least you’ll take on price? 2. What’s the least you’ll take per month until I pay it off in full? 3. Usually we buy with nothing down — is that okay? These questions simplify negotiations and help identify motivated sellers more quickly. The trainers also strongly emphasize the importance of follow-up, explaining that many deals are made after multiple conversations, not just the first contact. Another key lesson is learning how to find sellers who truly need to sell, make consistent offers, and get contracts signed. Andrew and Leo stress that momentum is key — taking action daily, making offers regularly, and not getting discouraged by rejection. Overall, this live training provides actionable strategies, clear guidance, and strong motivation. It’s especially valuable for anyone interested in creative financing and real estate investing without relying on traditional bank loans. I would recommend this training to anyone looking to build confidence, take action, and learn a proven approach to real estate investing.

My Truka experience in just one week has changed my business and personal perspectives. The step-by-step actionables presented in the 12 Deals of Christmas removed all fear of making calls and simply having conversations with sellers. Thus far, the BOFSLO method is currently the most valuable tool in my REI toolbox. With the support of behind-the-scenes staff personnel, experienced Coaches, and the professional support provided by Andrew and Leo, I am confident that I will succeed in this space. Sooner, rather than later!! I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this fabulous community and family!!! To sum up my experience with one word: Life-changing!!! Thank you so much!!!
