I paid for a product and didn’t get it

I ordered 2 items from you on June1 2022 and I received one of the items but not the other one. I emailed you and you emailed me back but I still haven’t received my second item. I hope this issue will get resolved. I have ordered from you before and have never had any problems until now.

I will never use this company again, it was my first and will be my last. I was constantly trying to get the status of my order. I finally got a response about 2 days later. He stated in the email I would get an answer in 24 to 48 hours, at this point I was ready to cancel my order. Well, 24 to 48 hours turned into about 7 to days. In the meantime, I contacted my credit card company with my concerns. The telephone number on the website is not answered, I left several messages and no one ever called me back.

So very happy with the quality and the service!!

Still have not received my order weeks later. Two customer service contacts said they would get back to me in 24-48 hours to confirm when I can expect my order. Neither time has anyone got back to me. I don't even know how to cancel and get my money back.

Took more than 2 weeks to process and ship. I ended canceling my order.
