Beyond frustrated. I went through the process originally with TrueMed to use my HSA dollars to buy a qualified mattress from Dreamcloud. Dreamcloud has been a fantastic company to deal with. The first mattress I bought wasn’t comfortable for me so they took the mattress back with no shipping fee and after answering a few questions had me set up with a better option for me that arrived in 6 days. I had to buy a whole new mattress and once they received it I was issued a full refund. The new mattress was a completely different transaction with a new order number, date of purchase and different mattress so my HSA needed new information to reimburse me. After 4 emails back and forth to Truemed support I was told that there is nothing they can do for me and that I need to go through my private physician for a new Letter of Medical necessity which my Primary Care Physician doesn’t hand out LOMN for non-medical items including a mattress just because my back hurts. So I used the great warranty that Dreamcloud offers and was left hanging by the company that connected me with the mattress company in the first place. I would give less than one star if I could. The Truemed customer department service has no real interest in working with you once you’ve used their service the first time. Poor customer service, poor ethics, and zero help for what could be an easy fix.

Don’t use this company. They advertise that nothing more is needed if you use your FSA card but then FSA account denies most of the purchases making it a complete nightmare for you to figure out. 4 weeks later I’m still figuring out how to not have to lose money here as my FSA account closed. Don’t trust this company

I have a great experience with Truemed. I was able to get the LMN and was able to enroll to yoga classes for my back pain. The process is easy and quick. Recommend it to everyone!

What they're saying is not accurate. Their LMN are internet generate and insurance dont accept them. Don't fall for it
