Poor Service, they don't register domain after payment

Months ago I paid for a domain and they did not activate the domain because they said it was a premium domain, so they gave me the freedom to choose another domain name to register, so I told them another domain name to register but they never did it (I still have the domain payment confirmation receipt in my email) Scammer company!

When you placed an order to register an alternative domain name, you had already requested for refund at Paypal. As such, your second order could not be fulfilled. Their support never responds. They also mistake Poland for Indonesia.

Very poor services. First time I tried them, I had to quickly get another hosting service from Namecheap. Their customer support is pathetic. They take a week to reply. Namecheap typically takes less than 3 minutes to initiate live chat and support. One year down the line, I tried Truehost again hoping that they had improved. I'm disappointed—big time. AVOID their services, if you want peace of mind.

I bought hosting, domain name and an SSL cert 3 days ago. In those 3 days, my website has been down for a full day, I keep getting security errors. And now I can't even publish a single page on my site. The WORST SERVICES ANYWHERE. I really should have checked the reviews before purchasing. Now I have to spend more money for an avoidable mistake.

If this isn't the most poorly run web host in Kenya, then I'm worried to think what could be worse. - Get ready to spend 3+ months before utilizing services. - Get ready for choppy services even after waiting 3 months to access. - Get ready to lose opportunities because your website is constantly down. - Get ready to question all of your life decisions. Customer support: WhatsApp Chatbot, very poor at that. Server Speeds: Worst in Kenya. Stability: Well, watch Kenyan homemade airplanes on YouTube.
