Not what it claims to be. I spent $700 for 2 drops of dried blood to be analyzed. The report I got was short, cryptic and mostly inaccurate in terms of my biological age and aging speed. I am in excellent health and all my biomarkers are GREEN! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this SCAM!

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I’ve received from TruDiagnostic, and unfortunately this is not the first time. I’ve now completed two TruAge tests through Lola Health. My second report showed significant changes in several key results, including SYMPHONY Age and DunedinPACE, so I contacted TruDiagnostic directly with reasonable questions about how the results had been processed and whether the two tests had been linked correctly. The second report also states that I have only completed one test, despite the fact that I have completed two. TruDiagnostic’s response was essentially that because I purchased the tests through Lola Health, they would not discuss my results with me and that I needed to go back through Lola. For a service marketed as a premium biological-age test, I find that completely unacceptable. These are expensive, highly technical health reports, and customers should be able to get meaningful support when there are obvious reporting issues or major changes in their results. This follows an earlier poor customer-service experience with TruDiagnostic, so for me this now feels like a pattern rather than an isolated issue. The science may be interesting, but a premium service should also provide premium support, transparency and confidence in the reporting process. I won’t be spending any more money with TruDiagnostic and would not recommend them based on my experience.

This was a joke - they mailed the kit and I sent it back the next day, tracked via ups. It took a month for them to email to say they had my kit and only after I left multiple messages asking where things stood. I got the results and it was pretty useless - no recommendation, nothing other than “enhanced clinical benefit”. It didn’t say which med would work best. I would advise against wasting your money.

TruDiagnostic offers a product from their website called, TrueHealth. Their company sends a blood sample test kit to our home and we take our blood sample and then send it to their lab. Their website claims the wait to be 3-4 weeks after the blood sample is delivered to their lab. However, it has been way past 3 months and their lab still hasn’t processed nor provided any updates regarding the blood sample that was delivered to their lab. We reached out to their customer support asking about the status of our blood sample and they said they lost the blood sample and never received it. The tracking info for the blood sample states that the package was picked up by a representative of their lab from their local post office. Their customer support initially denied the information and they initiated a replacement kit sent for a new blood sample. Upon further request to any updates along with the tracking information after a week, they finally admitted that the package of blood sample was indeed received in their lab and that it was placed on “hold” for miscommunication among their staff. A few days later, they sent another email instructing us to dispose of the replacement kit they sent since they’ll use the first blood sample that was sent and that they’ll transfer the ID kit number from the first kit they thought was lost and use the new ID kit number. Another week has passed and they haven’t sent any updates. We asked them if they’ve sold our blood sample and personal information to a third company or agency and if they’ve violated HIPAA for keeping us out of the truth of any updates and information of what they’re doing with the blood samples and of our personal information. They keep denying and haven’t responded to our questions and they keep delaying any updates or responses as to the truth of what they’re doing or actually did to our blood samples. We are currently considering on taking legal action against their company as they have only provided false, inaccurate, and misleading information about the truth as they most likely have actually violated HIPAA and sold our blood samples to other 3rd party companies without our knowledge nor permission.

I wish I would have read the other review here before spending $800 on a test. I sent my kit back quickly. It’s been sitting with them for 10 days and no action. I knew the processing time itself would take time. But I didn’t anticipate my kit just sitting there. I reached out to them and said to cancel my order because they haven’t started working on it yet. And to refund my money. They responded twice with generic refund policy language. I will never buy another thing from this scam company. Update: you can see from their generic comment below the dishonesty. I requested a refund before they started processing anything. I have screenshots to prove this. Once I started complaining, they started working on it a few days later and it was complete in 3-4 days when they say the turnaround time after working on it is 15-20 days. I obviously don't trust any of the results of this scam company.

What a joke, this has to be the worst run company in North America. They never sent the results. Since I have gotten 5 emails asking for reg number, then personal information - rinse and repeat. It is pretty obvious that their customer data base is a total garbage dump. Honestly, I cannot think of one positive thing to say about this outfit. RIP

They delayed my results already 3 months. After several escalation Inrequested support from the customer service supervisor. The same story - she prommised to have a close look on my results, she commited a date for feedback(a second QA test passed or failed). 3 days overdue and nothing. I wrote again the supervisor and 2 days no feedback.

I subscribed to TruAge Health & Age for one year and unfortunately ended up with zero courtesy despite persistent problems throughout the subscription. Logistics failures (UPS-related): • 1 test kit lost in transit by UPS • 1 return shipment took nearly 2 months • Repeated delays caused 2 return shipping labels to expire • Almost 70 emails spent trying to resolve basic shipping issues Replacing kits due to these failures was framed as a “courtesy,” which I strongly disagree with. When you sell this product, you sell both the test and the logistics. Ensuring that samples can be shipped and returned reliably is a core responsibility, not a favor. Get DHL as logistics company. Data & quality concerns: Beyond logistics, I also lost confidence in the results themselves: • Historical data in newer reports appears incorrectly carried over, affecting development charts (e.g. organ age trends not aligning with earlier reports) • I received emails stating that samples needed to be retested due to quality control mismatches • I was also asked to reconfirm sampling dates due to QC issues • The most recent report showed unexpected and inconsistent changes, making the results feel unreliable Considering the high price, the combination of logistics chaos, lack of courtesy, repeated QC issues, and questionable data consistency makes this service not worth it in my experience. What’s also telling is that many other reviews describe the same UPS and shipping problems, indicating this is not an isolated case. I will not purchase TruDiagnostic services again and I can't recommend it to anybody else.
