Great service and product

This bed cover is an absolute joke, the manufacturer completely botched the design, and their customer service is outright predatory. The slots on the rail do not line up with the pre-drilled holes on my truck bed at all. There is zero chance I am going to drill directly into the side of my truck bed just to make their poorly manufactured parts fit. The online instructions are totally useless and misleading. My truck has a factory CarbonPro bed liner sprayed into the bed, and their documentation completely ignores this reality, lazily claiming it works "with or without" the liner. It turns out they sent me a cover designed for an aftermarket CarbonPro liner, which is a massive oversight. To make matters worse, returning this useless piece of hardware was a complete nightmare. They hit me with a 20% restocking fee and forced me to pay for the return freight shipping for their mistake. On top of that, they actually had the nerve to demand that I sign a statement admitting fault just to process the return. Do yourself a favor and order your bed cover from the dealership using your VIN and pay the extra $50, it's worth it. The instructions are garbage, the compatibility claims are a lie, and their business practices are completely unethical. Do not buy this junk unless you want to ruin your truck and get scammed out of your money. PO#TBS5943

The day I put on the cover on it rained that evening the next morning I opened the tailgate and the whole inside truck bed was wet and there was a sheet of paper size sticker on the underside of the cover that was hanging by the edge where the rain soaked it to the point it was just about to fall off I was very disappointed I would not recommend this cover for the purpose of keeping anything dry under this cover.i did not get what I thought I was paying for as far as security the jury is still out on the performance. The purpose that I was buying it for was to keep my camping gear dry.

Working with there service team was super simple and made my purchase quick and painless. Also the shipping was quick as well.

Great service and a great product in the BAKFlip MX4 Hard Folding Tonneau Cover. My third vehicle with one of these covers.

The customer service was great
