I was one of the people who paid for and didn't receive the product before the company re-launched, and I had been looking high and low for something similar without luck. I decided to take a risk and buy this product again. So far, I really like it! I like the modern look and the colors available. I got two of the complete sets, one in light blue and one in orange. My big dogs usually like shoving their food bowls around, but they haven't been able to with these so far. One of them is really into the puzzle aspect of the bowl. My big dogs also decide not to eat their food sometimes, so I was really excited for the lids that came with the bowls. Unfortunately, I'm not as impressed with the lids; they're tough to put on, and they kind of slide up if not put on well. But overall, I'm glad these bowls made a comeback and am happy with my purchase!

The bowl and stand set I purchased was exactly what I was looking for! My dog is still getting used to the slow feeder feature but is getting the hang of it. The medium stand is perfect!

I purchased the slow feeder with stand kit. Overall, the product is great, larger bowls for larger breeds would be a plus though. The stand is the reason for only 4 stars, 2 of the screws would not tighten and the construction is flimsy. Put better thought into the stand design and this is a definite 5 star product.

In general, I like the bowl set and mat for our dog. I probably should have waited for the large set to come out as the medium is not quite as big as I want for our dog. The slow feeder does not slow down his eating as much as his older "plastic" feeder, but I am happy he is not eating bits of plastic anymore! The magnets do not quite hold as well as I had hoped, but in general they do their job. Our dog is a somewhat fast eater, so not sure that anything will help keep his bowl in place. Thanks for picking up this idea and bringing it to the market.

First let me say that I am very excited that this company was purchased and they are selling the products. I originally invested in the startup but due to the pandemic and production issues I never received my product. Then I got an email about a month ago from the new owners and purchased right away. My bowls arrived today and I am so excited about the quality and the over all look. I have an 8 year old Great Dane so I ordered the complete set with a 12” stand. I was worrisome about the size when I ordered because her old bowls and stand are about 14” tall then the bowls so we were losing about 2”. I am very pleased with how they look and I’m impressed with the stand. It is tall enough for her and her stance looks no different. The only downside is that there is no size of the bowls on the site so I again was hopeful that the large stand would come with large bowls. They are the medium size bowls which are for 2 cups, the large would be for 3 cups from the original owners. Nonetheless, they are great bowls, the mat is amazing, and the stand is great. Very modern and sleek. My only wish is that I knew the bowl size prior to purchasing or had the option for different sizes in bowls.

Quality product. I purchased the 12" stand, which requires assembly, and the black set of bowls/tray. Fast delivery. My only complaint is that some of my dog's food gets stuck in the slow feeder and I have to push it out with my finger.

Shipping was fast! Overall happy with the quality. However; there is some quality control issues on the mat. i.e. bubbling of the plastic.

Love the design it is a perfect size for my dogs. I thought having the magnet bowls would keep the bowls in place. My Shih Tzu pushes the dog food dish off the mat and across the floor.
