We received the bowl quickly and it works well to slow down eating. I like that it’s stainless steel and can be easily washed though it’s a little bigger than expected.

The bowl set is very nice. I like the magnets so the bowls aren't moving around, the mat looks to be very easy to clean, and adjustability will be nice as my pup gets older. My only complaint is Trot is not very responsive to emails and no phone (that I saw). The site stated it would ship 5-7 days after order and they only sell the items if they are in stock but I waited 2 weeks for the item to show up (only took 2 days to get to me). Was just getting worried from previous reviews of people not getting their stuff but we did and its nice stuff!

The bowls came with two sets of screws- use the Phillip Head screws. The other ones did not tighten down enough. And no instructions came with on assembly, but easy enough to figure out. My dog loved the bowl set up right away and drank water. The design looks great and is very functional.

I really wanted the green one, but it was out of stock when I finally made my decision, so I got the orange and it is gorgeous. I didn’t realize I would have to put it together, and it only took me more than five minutes to do because the holes were off centered. I finally got it together and it looks great.

Nice product that seems quite sturdy and visually appealing. Surprised there were NO instructions at all, although pretty easy to figure out. Our dogs were not thrilled with the straight sides of the bowls and our old guy does not like the slow feeder bowl. We use it for water instead. Would like to replace the slow feeder bowl with a regular bowl.

I love the stand and bowl, however, the slow feeder bowl doesn't work for my dog (she won't eat out of it) and I wonder if you offer a set with two simple bowls.

The quality of the bowls and mat are excellent. I will note that for the same capacity as my old bowls, these are wider. I probably could have gone with the smaller bowl but my dog doesn’t seem to mind. I was disappointed that the screws, when tightened to secure the feet to the top of the stand protrude through the top slightly. Trot did offer to send a replacement or refund the cost of the stand. Overall very happy but do hope they get the proper size screws or pre-assemble.

Visually very pleasing. Bowls are sturdy and the magnetic tray is great, keeps everything in place and provides a good catch for water splash. Only thing that I would prefer would be a “beefier” wooden leg, but that is just an aesthetic preference. Would definitely recommend to any dog owner
