Trust the 1 star review on here. They sent me partial package instead of my full order. They responded to my email once but then went silent with no updates on when they're going to send me my complete package. I gave them enough time to respond to my email. Going to issue a charge back.

I ordered a control board for my Motorguide Xi5 trolling motor. When I received it, it came in a padded sleeve. I installed it following the YouTube video from Trolling Motor Parts. After installation, I couldn’t get the plate to connect. Upon further inspection, I noticed it had a bent peg. I thought I could straighten it and got it connected but as soon as I powered the motor up, it rotated in a counterclockwise until it completely wrapped the cords around it. I had to remove power from it to stop. Now Trolling Motor Parts won’t stand behind the defective as they say it needs to be check by an ASC before returning it. I am not going to spend $200+ to get it checked out. Worst customer service ever. Be aware of ordering from this company as they wont work with you. Also, they have no phone number so you have to communicate via email. I see why the have a 3.5 rating.

ordered control board for trolling motor, when i recieved it i realized i ordered wrong part. I then ordered new part, after ordering new part i spoke to manufacturer of trolling motor and they said i could use original part i ordered so i then requested on line to cancel order. i was comunicating with someone online and as soon as i said i wanted to cancel order communication stopped then couple hours later i got response that item shipped anyway after requesting to cancel order. i guess once you order something you can cancel it especially on non refundable items.

Response to support questions is terrible! They need a phone number for support.

This website seems to be old, but no one responds to us on customer support even on email. Further, I ordered 36 units from them in past week, but they only delivered 10 in partial shipments. I contacted them on email for the update of missing quantities and for refund if not in stock. But I've not received any response from them yet. Beware of these suppliers, they look like trusted, but in actual...
