I see that you ordered the Planets Black Light Poster on 4/15 and the UPS mentions it was successfully delivered to you on 5/2 :) You picked a super rad poster and I hope it's working out awesome!! I see that you emailed our customer service on 4/25 and we were able to reply the morning of 4/27 with your scheduled shipping date. We emailed a shipping notification on 4/28 with your tracking information. I am sorry for the wait. We mention on our website that typically an order ships within 8 business days, but I see yours shipped on the 10th day. Hi Sara, I'm happy to help and you definitely don't have to settle for a damaged poster :) I'm sorry your poster arrived damaged. The UPS is usually quite good, but unfortunately this does occasionally happen. I see that our customer service previously requested that you please email us a picture of the damage to your poster. I'm sorry for any confusion. We've emailed you again from [email protected] with more information. Please email us one or two pictures of your poster showing the damage to it. I've tracked your package and see that your Bob Masse - Janis Joplin - Avalon - Concert Poster will be delivered in a couple of business days. Your order was placed on 3/5 and was originally estimated to ship on 3/15, but it became delayed and shipped on the 12th business day. I am sorry for the wait. Typically an order ships in 1 - 8 business days when all the items are ready. This is in addition to the amount of time it takes the carrier to deliver your package once it has shipped. Hi Tony, I'm sorry that your experience wasn't more positive. I definitely understand how that can be frustrating and I'm very sorry that your posters didn't make it in time for the special occasion. Like you mentioned, I see that you've placed 2 orders with us that both shipped to New Zealand. All of our orders ship from the United States and unfortunately international delivery can sometimes take a bit longer for delivery. We mention on the Shipping page of our website that international delivery typically takes between 7 and 14 business days after your package ships. I see that the first order you placed with us was on 11/17/19 and it shipped on the 3rd business day; 11/22/19. We emailed a shipping notification with your tracking info to the email address provided with your order. Your second order was placed on 10/30/22 and unfortunately one of your posters was subject to a delay with the printer. I'm very sorry about that. You should have received status update emails along the way at the email address you provided with your order. I see that your package shipped on 12/6/22, but like you mentioned wasn't delivered in New Zealand until 1/6/23. While we have no control over how long it takes an international package to clear customs and be delivered, I understand your frustration.
