We understand that losing can be frustrating. However, the statement that you “never win” is inaccurate. Winning isn’t guaranteed on every play, but we’re happy to review any specific concerns with you. Please contact our support team so we can look into your experience and address any questions.
(Edit)After posting the review they asked for the transaction info i sent it it was still never fixed but they did close my account! I simply needed to know if they found the transactions so i could attempt recovery elsewhere if not! I purchased with bitcoin 2 different transactions and never received the credit shows complete on my end i copied the transaction info from the block chain and sent the complaint and info to customer support so it can be found and I have heard nothing! If im incorrect about the response please send me copy of your resolution, responses to my issue Khristianache 03@g mail.com

This is your third 1 star review. Rredeems.com is not us. A suggestion is it takes about 10-20 minutes with them if you expedite it and pay for faster Bitcoin Network fees. Or we know they have a Bitcoin Lightning address option that is almost instant.
Absolutely unacceptable with y'all closing my account out and not allowing me to make a new one

Do not play TripleSevens to many glitches in there system, in if anything is won while the glitch is taking place they will rather keep your winnings repeatedly and or close your account afterwards from my experience this took place. Because they tell me it's in there terms and conditions I signed upon playing

We take integrity seriously, and our logs tell a very different story than what’s written here. You didn’t just “play,” you repeatedly took advantage of a system glitch to rack up hundreds which resulted in unearned winnings. RRedeems isn’t going to pay out Sweepstakes Entries obtained through abuse or manipulation of the system. Every player is treated equally under our terms, and those who try to exploit loopholes are removed to protect honest participants. We stand by our decision and you are not welcome back.
