Ordered my gift almost six weeks ago and it's still not here. Customer service keeps saying that a shipping label and tracking number has been created but we can tell that the package hasn't actually moved, a label has only been created. It's not clear why it's not shipped. The customer service just thanks us for our patience over and over but never explains when our package will arrive or why the delay.

I thought the service could have been better, I had a hard time ordering the products and ended up with 3 duplicates of one of the photos I ordered! I think it would have been nice if someone would have reached out to confirm that I actually wanted 3 of the same photo. I thought the writing was just a copy right thing so I was surprised that it was on the actual products!
