Good customer service and reasonable rates. The billing is easy to understand and they provide mid-month estimates of the next bill. Very transparent. And reliable power delivery.

Customer service is outstanding. There are no surprises in moving from one location to another. Billing and automatic payments are easy. Weekly updates keep me aware of my electricity usage. When I think of Tri-Eagle Energy, only positive thoughts come to mind.

Our experience has always been good, but I am concerned that our rate will go up substantially beginning in May.

Sign up was easy, rates are ok, there was a hiccup on sign on bonus

They walk me through my account before I even had an account they told me around about what my bill might be or what it could be nothing has changed and sports my kilowatts and I'm glad
