Yes. Beware upfront! I’ve been in a home for eleven years. Tricon is the third or fourth Management Company. I have hired and paid for repairs until this year. I have a problem with the sprinklers in the back. There is another sprinkler head that needs repair or replacing. The expense may be more than I can pay, especially if the irrigation system is old and needs new pipes, sprinkler heads, etc. I’m very disappointed in the “California” management, but it did not surprise me!

I've been dealing with this issue since May 30th. My A/C went out. The initial call that was made, the rep said that when we put the maintenance request in, it should've triggered an emergency request. We didn't get anyone out until the following Tuesday. When the guy came out to do a checkup, he never checked the outside unit. The same guy was supposed to come out that Friday, but never showed. This process made us go 18 days without A/C. Monica Torres is the contact for maintenance in the Houston area. I have never heard from her. I have none of my emails or phone calls returned due to Monica never being available. This experience has been handled very poorly. Now we're facing eviction because we were promised a concession applied to our account by July 1. No one is taking accountability for this matter.

I had a disappointing move-out experience with Tricon Residential. Before moving out, I contacted their office on May 22 because I wanted to make sure I followed the proper move-out process. Their representative walked me through the steps, processed my Notice to Vacate, confirmed my move-out date of July 2, and even stated that "no further action will be required from you at this time." At no point was I told that I was approximately 20 days short of the required 60-day notice or that failing to meet that requirement would cost me $1,180. Had I been informed, I would have gladly stayed the additional time and paid the rent rather than lose that money. When I disputed the charge, management admitted that this information "may not have been discussed during your conversation" but still refused to reconsider the deduction. My issue isn't that the lease has a 60-day notice requirement—it's that I made a good-faith effort to contact the company for guidance before moving out and was never warned of the financial consequences. I believe customers deserve complete and accurate information when making decisions that can cost them over a thousand dollars. I hope Tricon improves its communication with residents so others don't experience the same situation.

Why would you consider the property at 116 Greenhouse Street in Zebulon available for rent if the back lawn has been partially mowed? Based on the monthly rental fee for this property coupled with the condition of the back lawn speaks negative volumes about Tricon! I would not consider renting from you! I will look elsewhere!

Three people Grady, Walden, Shadee and l am not sure of the spelling of their names. I want to thank them for listening first and foremost to me! Tricon needs people to listen and care about people who are paying their paychecks . As l am sure without tenants these people would not even have a job! I sincerely thank the three people l mentioned above as they treated me as person! They took care of a situation l had for months. It only took the three of them less than three days!They were me and my family heroes!

If you don't mind being ignored when you have questions or concerns then this the property management company for you. Tricon Homes acquired all residential properties from Pathlight Property Management. Since the acquisition, we have had nothing but problems with this company. They don't answer phone calls or emails in a timely fashion. It takes weeks to months before there are any resolutions to administrative issues. This company is probably owned by a private equity firm or real estate investment firm who are corporate landlords that don't care anything about their tenants. As long as they keep their investors happy that's all that matters. When we are able to do so, we will run and never look back.

Terrible ac issues for over a month. Ac is still not working. My electric bill is so high no reimbursement was giving for the high bill or reimbursement for not being able to stay in my home. No one returns calls. Takes days to get a email response.
