Worst Service, Worst App, Worst Company Ever!
Tresta has been the worst phone service I've ever used! I ported my business line to them for the simplicity of having my work calls come in to my personal phone, rather than carrying 2 phones. Immediately upon setting up my account I had issues with their app freezing, I went a whole day not able to respond to my clients. I then had issues with my voicemail recording not saving. The latest issue is the absolute worst! The phone will ring and when I answer, it immediately hangs up on my client! This is unacceptable for any business phone. Now I am fed up and trying to port my number back to AT&T, this company is making me jump through hoops to do so. AT&T has called them 3 times to port the number out, and Tresta refuses to do this! I do not want to continue using their service, but they are forcing me to do so. At this point I am losing money because I cannot accept phone calls and setup appointments for my clients. What a waste of money this service is!!!

Hi Ariel, Thank you again for taking the time to talk to us on the phone. We just want to apologize again for your experience – although your situation was unique, it certainly didn’t make it any less frustrating for you and we wish we could have resolved it faster! The porting process is normally very straightforward and typically doesn’t require any involvement on our part to move the number to your new carrier. In your case, I believe there was an issue after AT&T completed the initial port on Saturday that made it unsuccessful, and we could have done a better job to help troubleshoot that for you. We are working to fix the behind-the-scenes processes in case this particular issue arises for any future customers, and appreciate the feedback you gave us in that regard. We did confirm that everything is done and resolved as of now, and have credited you for the frustrations. If you need anything in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out at 1-844-2-TRESTA.
