Love the poster but it was rolled one way and then the opposite way leaving a permanent crease. Disappointed but hoping that framing will drive the crease.

I received a poster I ordered that had damage during shipping. I was disappointed because my intent was to use it as a a framed piece (The image I selected is a spitting image of one of my dogs) I sent pictures of the damage and was immediately emailed that a replacement would be sent, I didn’t have to return the damaged one. So pleased with the quick response and the excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend this site and order again!
