If you can't get the easy things right, you certainly can't get the big ones right. I've already completed the survey, so stop asking me. I said I was willing to speak and was asked what day and time works only to get ignored twice.

The guides were THE BEST! There is no way we would have made it all the way across the USA without them. Also all the pre-planning showed up in everyday knowing we had the best route and hotel accommodations at the end. EPIC trip of a life time!

Our guides were amazing! I was unable to ride because I got sick just before we got there but they made me feel included and looked after me in small but meaningful ways. The scenery was beautiful, the hotels were amazing and the community was excellent. I would definitely recommend this trip. Be prepared for hills and beautiful views of the Mediterranean

I'm a mountain biker. Never rode a gravel bike and couldn't find one to rent before going on the trip. I rented a checkpoint Plus XL6 (e-bike). When I talk to the Trek Travel sales team, we decided I would be okay riding gravel since I've been on a mountain bike my entire adult life. Day 1. I thought heck no there's no way I'm going to be able to do this. This is scary! Day 2. I became one with the bike, I gained a lot of confidence. Day3. Nothing but smiles from here on out. I rode conservatively, and there were times that I was still a bit out of my league. But the guides were patient, and helpful and I was still smiling. Would I do it again? Yep! I Would do a different trip for multiple reasons. And I would probably look for a trip that is a bit easier. Other experienced riders said it was a pretty challenging route. So I would look for something a bit less challenging. And it sounds like finding a less challenging route would be easy to do. The rest of the trip, hotels, food experience in general was great! I would repeat the vacation without the bike and be very happy with the non-biking portion as well. From a socioeconomic standpoint (I'm probably an average US citizen in terms of income) the trip was more posh than we would normally experience on one of our vacations. I feel like you get good value for the money you spend. The trip was in the bucket list category for experience and expenditure for us. Bikes were great, the guides were great. Thank you

Highly recommend Trek company. The company really focuses on having an amazing experience. Our lodging and food was amazing. We had the best guides and couldn’t be any happier. Would love to do another trip at some point with trek.
