Realized it was scam after calling a day before my trip and being told the ticket did not exist under any of my personal information. Scammed double the amount of money for the ticket, claiming there was a 10% discount when I called. Had to freeze my card afterwards.

Under no circumstances should you book a flight with this company. They represent themselves as working for the airlines which is absolutely not true. I foolishly booked my airfare for 5 people to Africa in July and realized when I felt it was a bit too late that I was overcharged $13,000 more than the airline would have charged. They knew, of course, how much money they made from me and told me they would give us accesses to all of the international lounges. This was told to me by 2 of their employees. Of course, we never got this. In attempting to contact them after I returned, I called 3 times but they have refused to return my calls. Stay away from this company.

Please stay away from this company for anyone reading this. They are trying to scam me out of $7k. Opened up a police report. They don't operate in the US. Horrible.

Somehow ended up at this company when I thought I was calling Lufthansa (beware 877-748-0271 is NOT Lufthansa customer service or customer service for ANY AIRLINE nor some afterhours consolidator when airlines do not answer. BS. Anyway I was attempting to cancel a flight to Europe due to a medical emergency after a night in the ER. Ended up here and they very much made it sound like they were Lufthansa. When I said medical emergency and could I send anything that may help to get some possible credit for future use. They said I would have to pay a penalty for the credits, but I would get the full $2416 credits. A fancy form was sent which stupid me after being in the ER signed and POOF. There goes 798$. Stupid me. Somehow Lufthansa new a cancel was requested so I suspect they simply represented me to Lufthansa acting as though they were the travel agent that booked the flight which they where not. When talking to the real Lufthansa, all I got back was the unused taxes (it was an Econolight fare, so I was just hoping due to the medical emergency I may be able to get an exception for a future credit). DO NOT work with this company if you feel you called a valid airline number! Also, check out orgmytrip.com and notice how similar the websites are? Somehow I got a call from them asking about more information for my cancelation credit request. I now have a fraud case pending with my credit card company. I did get a call back from someone at orgmytrip.com trying to persuade me to let them keep trying to get me a credit. When I said I had reported them to my credit card company as fraud they said if I want to cancel their assistance they would refund me the 798$, which they did. As a side note, I called 877-748-0271 a couple days later and they answered "reservation desk". When I asked who they represented they said a bunch of airlines. When I asked the gal who she worked for, she said Skyplanner.com! She said she did not know anything about travelomile.com. PS, Travelomile.com is rated F- on BBB and is NOT Accredited by BBB. BE VERY CAREFUL if you think you called the airline!
