A long conversation but Isaac was excellent to deal with and I am happy with dealing with him.

Anna had extreme patience as your new method of booking tickets is more complicated. It took me awhile to get through it. She was great!

Over 1.5 hours with Rina on the phone. Unfortunately, policy prohibits refund even though our mom (also a passenger) is in the hospital for emergency. I did have to pay $300 in fees to get e-credit. Not Rina's fault.

I was charged double of what United costs are for this ticket. Gilbert charged me $786.40 and United’s cost for this is $357.40. He also promised exit row seating for no charge which was untrue. I’ve been “had” and am waiting to hear back from Gilbert.
