It is the first time that I applied for your card and the first time that, out of personal conviction, I started traveling with your line, but I was not happy. Other airlines are more friendly to resolve these situations.

He had patience with me. Helped solve my inquiry. Total time on the phone was not acceptable. I was not his fault. Your email system has problems. Too slow!
